Tonight's full moon also happens to be a super moon! This happens when the moon is as close to Earth as it can be - at the same time it happens to be full. This usually occurs once a year. The moon is now positioned only 356 955 kilometers from Earth.

So let's enjoy the soohing light from this lovely globe! My moon-music of choice today is one of the most beautiful, desperate sounding, classical pieces; Albinoni's Adagio.
