Viktor & Rolf Spring 2014 Couture

I love fashion, and I love ballet. So when I saw the runway show from Viktor & Rolf's showcasing of their Spring 2014 Couture collection, I was quite satisfied! The designer duo had enrolled twenty one ballet dancers from the Dutch National Ballet to show the collection - which consists of body hugging, nude colored latex outfits, sometimes hand-painted with trompe l'oeil ruffles, birds and bows. Here are my favorites, and a little video from the show!

  2. Very, very beautiful.
Do you happen to know Maurice Bejart's "Ballet for life" with costumes made by Versace?
If not, you can see it here:

    1. Hello honey! Thank you SO much for telling me about "Ballet for life"! I hadn't seen it, but I just spent the last hour watching it and it was very powerful! I happen to be a huge Queen fan, and Versace's costumes fitted their music perfectly. It's not often you see the audience clap their hands and sing along to the music at a ballet. Haha! Really cool! Thank you again! <3 <3 <3
