Fabergé Friday

Sometimes when you sew and need buttons for your creation, it can be difficult to find the perfect buttons! But now I have found the perfect buttons - before I have even sewed anything to put them in... Since it's Friday I guess it's not so difficult to guess they come from Fabergé... They were made by workmaster Erik Kollin around the year 1890, and here they are!

The six stud buttons are 0.5'' (1.3 cm) in diameter, and made of white gold covered in white translucent enamel over a radiating wave patter. They come in their original fitted box, and will cost you 15,500 USD. You find them at John Atzbach Antiques!
