Fabergé Friday

This Friday I have a something really beautiful for you! Although most Fabergé objects are wonderful, there are still a few ones that shines even brighter in the eyes of the beholder. Like this pendant for example. It was made sometime between the years 1899 and 1908!

The pendant is 3.7'' (9.5 cm) high and shaped like a quiver of arrows. It is made of white gold, with a large aquamarine in the center. Around it hangs two laurel swags set with rose-cut diamonds, that ends in a tied ribbon at the top - also set with diamonds. Beneath the aquamarine hangs a heart-shaped diamond. From the diamond-encrusted ends of the arrows sticking up from the quiver runs a chain set with a tied bow, decorated with even more diamonds.
