Viola Lahger

Sweden's own Corset Queen, Viola Lahger, is selling out some of her stock, to make room for new things! Thursday September 5th is the day to visit her shop and go home with a few new corsets - at greatly reduced prices! If you don't happen to be in Stockholm that day, you can at least enjoy the pictures below, which are the latest photos to show off Mrs Lahger's work.

Vintage Day On Bamarang

Bamarang is a company that exists on the Internet in several different countries. They look for designer products from both known and unknown designers. When they find something interesting they then offer a limited edition of these products at up to 70% discount to their customers - but only for a short period of time. So if you want to get your hands on one of their products at these good prices, you have to - so to say - strike while the iron is hot!

The reason I'm doing a post about this company is that the Swedish Bamarang is having a whole day dedicated to clothes, accessories and other objects that goes under the category vintage! This day will be tomorrow - Thursday April 26! Observe that this is for people living in Sweden only! But for the rest of you, you might want to check out the Bamarang sites in your own countries. It exists in Germany, Holland, Australia, Brazil, France and England etc. Not in the US yet though.

Usually Bamarang never gives any hints on what will be up for sale the next day, but I've been allowed you give you a little sneak peek on some of the products for the vintage-day.

Mimime is an English lamp company that creates vintage looking lamps.

Moddie comes from Sweden, and sells vintage clothes.

Ciamant, also from Sweden. Creates handmade jewelry.

Fjaerilen who sells vintage for men. Their store is located in Stockholm.
