Inspiration for the night comes from "handsome but dangerous" tattooed sailors, scary sea monsters, bathing beauties, alluring sirens, and Jules Verne's Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea.

Because Fräulein Frauke Presents just has started a collaboration with Cointreau, the one-hundred first well dressed guests will be getting free Cointreaupolitans! The two best dressed will win fabulous prices in the form of Marilyn Monroe's favorite champagne - Piper Heidesieck, and a very exclusive exhibition of Dita von Teese will also be taking place during the night...
If my little costume-project turns out well, I'll be going as a burlesque water nymph. But if I had had some extra cash in my mattress I might have gotten this scaly Elie Saab dress...

Wow, this event sounds perfect for me!! I would be a little water mermaid with a lil' dark and glittery 20's twist...wonderful!! I hope you enjoy, it would also have been perfect for me as it would have been a late birthday celebration, since my birthday is the 5th of September!!
