Today I want to show you another one of Fabergé's brooches! This one was made by workmaster August Hollming, sometime between 1895-1904.
The circular brooch is covered in turquoise enamel over a guilloché ground. It's framed by a band of rose-cut diamonds "tied" in a knot, ending with two pearls. In the center sits a cabochon ruby. The diameter of the piece is 2.9 cm, and for 19,764 USD it can be yours! It's currently for sale at 1stdibs. You find it here!

Fabergé Friday
It can be really annoying when you have sat down for dinner, and realize you've forgotten to bring the ketchup! For moments like this, all you need is a butler, and something to call him with - like this Fabergé table-bell for example! It was made sometime between 1896 - 1908.
The bell is made of silver, and has a handle of engraved yellow gold covered in oyster enamel. The handle is also decorated with red and green gold swags and bows, finished off by a cabochon ruby at the top. It's dimensions are 8.2 x 3.6 cm, and since 1953 it belongs to the Royal Collection.

Fabergé Friday
And this Friday's Fabergé object is - a dish! Made sometime between the years 1896 and 1908.
The circular dish is made of nephrite and has an everted trim. The center column is made of gold and red enamel over a guilloché ground, decorated with gold leaves that spiral up the stem. The base of the column has chased gold leaves and is set with rose-cut diamonds. The top handle is in the form of a looped enamel snake, set with a cabochon ruby on it's head, and a gold tongue. The dimensions of the whole object are 2.4'' x 3.7 '' (6.2 x 9.5 cm), and it is part of the Royal Collection.

Fabergé Friday
Today's Fabergé object is once again one of those very useful bell pushes! This one was made around 1900!
The quatrefoil shaped bell push is made of pale green bowenite with bun feet of two-colored gold. The top is decorated with gold sprays of foliage, with a central ribbon holding a diamond. There are four press studs made of four different gems - sapphire, moonstone, amethyst and ruby. The size of the bell push is 0.9'' x 2.6'' x 2.2'' (2.4 x 6.7 x 5.6 cm), and it is now part of the Royal Collection.

Fabergé Friday
For today's Fabergé Friday we have a desk seal. Made sometime around the year 1900!
The seal is carved out of a piece of rock crystal as a square-sectioned column with canted corners. From a gold border around the top hangs laurel swags of red and green gold. Each corner is set with a cabochon ruby. The desk seal was acquired by King Edward VII, and is now part of the Royal Collection.

Fabergé Friday
Who could ever live without being in the possession of a glue pot?! Well, probably anyone... But if the glue pot was made by Fabergé - like this one - you might want it anyway. It was made by workmaster Feodor Afanassiev, sometime between the years 1896 and 1908!
The pear-shaped pot is covered in pale green enamel over a guilloché ground, and has a circular gold foot chased with a foliate border. The two-colored beaded neck is fitted with a brush that has a fluted gold handle, with a cabochon ruby set in a gold petalled cup at the top. It's dimensions are 2'' x 1.3'' x 1.3'' (5 x 3.4 x 3.4 cm), and it can be found in the Royal Collection.

Fabergé Friday And Full Moon
As today's Fabergé Friday coincides with the full moon, I made sure to find an object that resembles the moon. And this is what I found - a little box made by workmaster Feodor Afanassiev, sometime between the years 1896 and 1908!
The ovoid gold box is covered in oyster enamel over a guilloché ground. The laurel border around the lid is in two-colored gold, with a diamond set thumb-piece. The center of the lid is set with a cabochon ruby. The size of the box is 0.8'' x 2.1'' x 1.6'' (2.1 x 5.3 x 4.0 cm), and since 1953 it belongs in the Royal Collection.

Fabergé Friday
It's Friday again! Good thing this day comes every week. Otherwise there would be less Fabergé posts... For this week I have chosen a pretty bonbonnière, made around 1896 - 1908!
The box has a rounded cushion shape, and is enameled translucent royal blue over a moire guilloché ground on the sides, and a sunburst guilloché pattern on the top. In the middle of the lid sits a cabochon ruby, surrounded by four golden leaves.
Around the edge of the lid runs a border of chased yellow gold laurel leaves, and the thumbpiece is set with five graduating rose-cut diamonds. The interior of the bonbonnière is guilt. You can find it over at Wartski.

Fabergé Friday
For some reason I really like this Friday's Fabergé egg pendant! It was made by workmaster Alfred Thielemann, sometime between the years 1908-1917!
This little gold egg is covered in opalescent, translucent cream enamel. On one sides sits a gold-framed ruby. The hight of the egg is 7/8'' (2.2 cm), and the price of it is 12,500 USD. (PS. My birthday is coming up soon. *Hint* *Hint*...).
You can buy it for me here!
