Mrs Murphy's Woman Power Bootcamp!

As you all know, I've been working for Mrs Murphy for some time now, as her pr-assistant/event coordinator. And THIS is what we've been working on - Mrs Murphy's Woman Power Bootcamp! Mrs Murphy has three different workshops: Mrs Murphy to the Rescue...!, Mrs Murphy's Shool of High Heels, and Put on you FAB FACE honey - time to SHINE like that star you are, all with the goal of making women feel good about being women! There is so much talk about feminism these days, so now we want to focus on the feminine in feminism - something people don't talk about that much. Putting on red lipstick and a pair of high heels doesn't make you inferior to men - as long as you do it for yourself, and find your own inner woman power!

So what we have done now is we have created a weekend where you can come to Stockholm and experience all three of Mrs M's workshops!

As the event will take place in Stockholm a lot of the text on the poster is in Swedish, but that's because this time we focus on the Swedish ladies. We plan to do this in other countries later on too though...

The weekend takes place 22 - 24 May, and the participants will sleep at the beautiful Hotel Kungsträdgården that just opened in the center of Stockholm. When visiting the hotel both me and Mrs M wanted to move in. It's very elegant - with a crystal chandelier in each room! Here we will drink champagne, eat breakfast and lunch, and listen to Mrs M's wise words.

Mrs Murphy's School of High Heels will take place at another location than the hotel, but under the care of me and two other of Mrs M's Special Agents of Fabulousness we will take care that you get there and back comfortably.

For more info (in Swedish) go here! This is also where you can buy your tickets to this luxurious event! Looking forward to meeting some lovely ladies there!

Sponsors of the event are: Björn Axén, Deichmann, Makiash, Pinup Girl Clothing, Daisy Dapper, Viola Lahger, O.L.D, Nosh and Chow, and Hotel Kungsträdgården. So you don't want to miss that goodiebag! Haha!

New Work Uniform

As I've written before I'm now working for Mrs Murphy, as one of her five Special Agents of Fabulousness. To be able to look our best when representing Mrs M's company, we now have matching work uniforms! We have been sponsored by retro clothing company Pinup Girl Clothing with red Monica dresses, and with shoes from Deichmann. Even though we have been sponsored with these outfits, my opinions about them are completely my own though. But only good...

The Monica dress is probably the best repro 50s dress ever designed! When it hangs on a hanger, it looks a bit like a limp curtain, and you might wonder how anyone would ever fit into it. But that's the thing about this dress - it is seriously like a body-condom! As you step into it you have to wiggle and jiggle for a while to get it up over your hips, but it is really stretchy, and once you've pulled it all the way up, it will fit probably any body type like a glove!

Check it out! Mrs M calls this dress the instant bombshell dress, and as soon as I put it on I felt so good! I'm a skinny girl, but even I get some curves in this dress! The Monica comes in several different colors and sizes, and if you want to invest in one dress that will make you feel like the belle of the ball, I can really recommend this one! The only problem is now I feel like I really need one in each color...

The Deichmann high heels that finishes off this sassy work outfit are of black lace with an open toe, and will look good with pretty much any outfit. The good thing about Deichmann is that you can find very nice shoes at a very good price there. Before I started working for Mrs M and got sponsored with their shoes, I had bough several pairs from them that i love! Wearing new shoes while vacuuming is the perfect way to break them in. So I guess now I have a good reason to clear away some dust... After dressing up and taking these pictures Mrs M sent me out on a fabulous mission. But more about that on Wednesday...

A BIG thank you to Pinup Girl Clothing and Deichmann for helping us Agents get proper work uniforms!

Deichmann Shoes!

I've started working on an upcoming event with the fabulous Mrs Murphy, and thanks to the fact that she pays me in gift certificates at Deichmann, I now have new shoes! At least one pair of black stilettos should be in every woman's (and some men's) shoe-wardrobe, so I picked a pair in a black suede-looking material with black crystals around the back and down the heels. They have a bit of a platform in the front, which makes them easier to walk in, since they're actually not as high as the heel might indicate. A nice illusion... They are really comfortable, and I look forward to take them out to a party! And here they are!

New Shoes!

Yesterday, after the mini golf, something horrible happened! Fanny made me go into a shoe store... Anyone that brings me to such a place I consider evil...Of course I was just going to try to be good, and just look at them. But then I heard two tiny voices from one of the shelfs, saying; "Here Miss Meadows, look at us! Try us on!!!" Those little voices did not come from my own head, I can assure you! And when I saw how lovely the shoes that were calling to me were, I just had to try them on - and then take them home with me...

Just look how happy they look on my feet! Right?! The brand is Catwalk, and I bought them at Deichmann. I also have to add that even though I now know that underneath those pretty dresses Fanny is really evil, I still love her!
